Night Work & One-Way Traffic with Flaggers
Monday night, March 9, through early Saturday morning, March 14, nighttime travel will be reduced to one-way alternating traffic with flaggers throughout the work zone between Rainbow Bay and Charleston from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
These lane reductions are needed so crews can work overnight to adjust rockfall protection barriers and to provide safe access for dump trucks hauling road base for the SR-113 realignment.
Plan for delays, as flaggers may stop one direction of traffic for up to 15 minutes at a time while the opposite direction is guided through the work zone by a pilot car.
