Logan Canyon closed overnight
Logan Canyon (US-89) will be closed overnight on July 28 and July 29, from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. During these hours, no through traffic will be allowed in the canyon. To avoid this closure consider alternate routes such as SR-39 through Huntsville and Woodruff or I-80 to Evanston, Wyoming then north to Woodruff. Major I-215 Renovation Project Begins
Starting Monday, July 28, at 8 a.m., northbound I-215 between SR-201 to North Temple will be reduced to three lanes to protect the work zone. This lane closure will remain in place through next year. In early August, northbound and southbound traffic will be reduced to three lanes in each direction so crews can work in the median.
UDOT is reconstructing three miles of I-215 from SR-201 to North Temple, 14 miles of ramps on SR-201, I-80 and California Avenue and rehabilitating 22 bridges to extend the life of this corridor.
